My recruiter worked tirelessly to help me find the right firm, counseled me through the interview process and was a wonderful sounding board for me to ask questions about the recruiting/interview process and legal market. I found my recruiter to be responsive, knowledgeable and professional, but also personable and friendly, which is absolutely critical because I was making a large life decision by changing jobs. One very special attribute about my recruiter that I found refreshing was the fact that they were not pushy, as many recruiters can be. My recruiter understood and respected the traits that I was looking for in a firm, and did not try to push me into the wrong placement just so they could make a commission. I highly recommend my recruiter, and would use them again in the future if the need ever arises.
