Duties

• Analyze and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or pending admission).
• No disciplinary actions in the last 10 years.
• Ability to cover court appearances within Pennsylvania.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or pending).
