Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney with 2 to 10 years of experience to join their team in Newport Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will support a dynamic labor and employment practice, handling a variety of employment litigation matters.

Duties

  • Represent clients in employment litigation, including single plaintiff and class actions.
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
  • Prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Provide advice and counseling on employment matters.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
  • 2 to 10 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Experience with California and/or Federal employment disputes.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • California Bar License.
