A law firm seeks an Of Counsel attorney with extensive experience in Labor & Employment litigation to join its team in Newport Beach, California. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases, including wage & hour class actions and single-plaintiff litigation, while providing strategic legal advice and advocacy for diverse clients.

Duties

• Handle complex labor & employment cases, including class actions and single-plaintiff litigation.
• Provide preventative counseling and strategic legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with a California bar license.
• Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling.
• Expertise in wage & hour class actions and regulatory compliance.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California bar license.
