  • Proven trial experience before Florida Judges of Compensation Claims.
  • Strong knowledge of SSA rules, procedures, and appeals process.
  • Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency.

Education

  • J.D. required.

Certifications

  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing required.
