Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate and development documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and CC&Rs.
• Prepare easements, development agreements, construction contracts, and cost-sharing agreements.
• Partner with clients on commercial and residential development projects.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across multiple offices.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in real estate law, focusing on land use and development.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex transactional matters.
• Proactive, client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Education

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent.

Certifications

• Bar admission.
