Duties

  • Maintain a tidy office environment and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Active member of relevant state bar in good standing.
  • State-specific Notary Public certification.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of property rights, land use, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Expertise in title insurance policies and property documentation evaluation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • State Bar membership.
  • Notary Public certification.
