Duties

  • Assist clients with all stages of the licensing life cycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive multistate legal reviews.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor and membership to the State Bar of the desired office.
  • Two to six years of legal experience in licensing matters.
  • Familiarity with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing state statutes and regulations.
  • General knowledge of federal consumer finance laws.
  • Ability to produce thorough and detail-oriented work.
  • Excellent communication and interactive skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Good writing skills.
