A law firm seeks a Finance Associate in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of substantive experience in fund finance and structured finance, working with banks, private funds, and asset managers.

Duties

• Collaborate on fund finance and structured finance transactions.
• Lead significant portions of financial transactions.
• Engage with a broad spectrum of financial institutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant finance experience.
• Experience with subscription facilities, NAV lines, leverage facilities, and CLOs preferred.
• Admission to the state bar of the preferred office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• State Bar admission required.

Skills

• Strong leadership and transaction management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
