Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Senior Construction Litigation Associate to join its Construction Law & Litigation group in Florida, ideally located in West Palm Beach. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team involved in litigation, claims analysis, and risk management for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Duties

• Manage complex construction litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct claims analysis and risk management for infrastructure projects.
• Engage in procurement, contracting, and claims processes.
• Participate in various dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration.
• Conduct depositions of key fact and expert witnesses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial or construction litigation experience.
• Proven ability to handle complex cases through all dispute resolution forms.
• Experience with dispositive motion practice and trial proceedings.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.
