Duties

• Manage legal files and case documentation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct discovery, including depositions and interrogatories.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate complex legal information to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Requirements

• 6+ years of litigation experience, including pleadings and case management.
• Admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and in good standing.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.
