Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intake Concierge Attorney for its Temecula, CA office. This full-time, in-person role requires an active California Bar license. Duties

• Conduct phone and in-person consultations to build rapport and convert leads into clients.
• Identify issues, assess case fit, and match clients with appropriate litigators.
• Explain retainers and next steps clearly to clients.
• Deliver exceptional service, ensuring non-retained clients feel valued.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to the litigation team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers or partners.

• Active California Bar license.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
