Duties:

  • Represent clients in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases

  • Develop comprehensive litigation strategies through research, analysis, and expert consultation

  • Prepare for trial with a senior litigator, handling discovery, depositions, and case analysis

  • Draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and legal briefs

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates and empathetic support

  • Collaborate with a focused legal team to out-prepare opposing counsel

  • Handle negotiations, mediations, and court appearances to advocate for client interests

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury, product liability, or medical malpractice

  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes, complex cases

  • Strong trial preparation and courtroom presentation skills

  • Ability to lead strategy development and execute discovery plans with precision

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
