Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trial Lawyer in Beverly Hills, CA, to manage personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will handle all litigation stages, from pre-litigation to jury trials, ensuring favorable client outcomes in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Duties

  • Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and oppositions.
  • Prepare discovery documents and engage in meet and confer processes.
  • Argue motions and oppositions in court and remotely.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Participate actively in state and federal trials.
  • Draft mediation briefs and attend mediation sessions.
  • Maintain regular and consistent communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in personal injury law preferred.
  • Must hold a current license to practice law in California.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Active California Bar license.
