Associate Attorney Insurance Defense

We are hiring on behalf of a dynamic law firm in Jacksonville, Florida, for an Associate Attorney with experience in insurance defense. The firm represents individuals and companies across Florida in cases such as personal injury, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, and premises liability. Duties:

• Conduct fact investigation and develop case strategies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze case records.
• Collaborate with clients and maintain open communication throughout case proceedings.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Prepare legal documents and motions in preparation for trial.
• Represent clients in various insurance defense matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and automobile negligence.

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of legal experience in litigation or insurance defense.
• Active Bar license in the State of Florida (required).
• Experience in personal injury law or insurance defense is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar license (required).

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a legal team.
• Experience in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

Compensation and Benefits:
