Location:

Duties:

  • Manage and execute litigation matters with minimal supervision

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and transactional documents

  • Represent clients in court hearings and motion arguments

  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members

  • Develop case strategies and manage case files

  • Contribute to the firm’s client service initiatives and standards

  • Participate in the development and growth of the firm’s community association law practice

  • Maintain high standards of professional ethics and client confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law (state jurisdiction based on firm’s practice area)

  • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (open to entry-level candidates with strong credentials)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage legal projects independently

  • Commitment to providing exceptional legal work and client service

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the state bar (specific state to be determined based on firm’s jurisdiction)

Skills:
