Location:

Duties:

  • Provide exemplary legal services in business law or a related practice area.
  • Develop and manage a portable book of business.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm’s practice areas.
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues to enhance the firm’s overall success.
  • Participate in business development efforts to expand the firm's presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
  • A portable book of business.
  • Demonstrated business development success and a track record of building client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional, respectful, and client-focused attitude.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD).

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop business and grow a client base.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A client-centric, proactive, and professional approach to work.
