Duties

• Manage all aspects of clients' legal cases, including client meetings and court appearances.
• Devise legal strategies and communicate with clients and Senior Attorney on case status.
• Draft motions, file cases, and prepare briefs and memorandums of law.
• Conduct legal research as required.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple assignments.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
