Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Experienced Family Law Attorney in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will manage family law cases, resolve legal disputes, and enhance client experiences. This full-time position requires on-site work for 40 hours per week.

Duties

  • Litigate contentious hearings when negotiations fail.
  • Plan client-centered strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Engineer creative solutions to maximize client positions.
  • Negotiate thoughtful settlements in family law cases.
  • Prepare tactical operations for successful outcomes.
  • Advise clients on best practices to minimize stress and risk.
  • Provide non-legal advice to prepare clients for life post-case.

Requirements

  • Licensed with the Texas Bar Association.
  • Proven success in guiding clients through family law cases.
  • Ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently.
  • Team player with empathy, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • High energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active Texas Bar Association license.

  • Strong legal reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
