Job Overview

Duties

• Advise multinational corporations and financial institutions on tax matters.

• Provide practical, commercial tax solutions across various industries.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of transactional tax experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
