Duties

• Represent developers in the development, acquisition, construction, and sale of affordable multifamily housing.
• Utilize federal, state, and local affordable housing programs in client projects.
• Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements

• Experience in partnership tax and federal income tax credits preferred.
• Member in good standing of any state bar.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting.
• LLM in Taxation preferred.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
