Job Overview

A law firm seeks an eDiscovery Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their eDiscovery & Litigation Services team in any of their offices, including Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Denver, Detroit (Southfield), Indianapolis, and Minneapolis. The role involves supporting case teams with advanced technological resources and providing exceptional client services.

Duties

  • Consult with case teams and clients on discovery process improvements and technology use.
  • Advise on document preservation and collection strategies and draft Litigation Hold Notices.
  • Develop strategies for data culling and craft search terms for document review.
  • Guide case teams on efficient document reviews and supervise contract attorney review teams.
  • Collaborate on document production specifications and quality control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney.
  • Proficiency with Relativity and knowledge of eDiscovery Best Practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high-pressure environment.
  • Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
