Duties

• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on tax implications related to their estates.
• Assist in the administration of trusts and estates, including the probate process.

• Draft business agreements, manage entity formation, and handle basic business transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of substantive experience in estate planning.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois or Missouri, with willingness to obtain the other license if not already held.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Illinois or Missouri.

Skills
