This role involves shaping the direction of the practice unit, mentoring junior attorneys, and directly influencing business development efforts.

Duties:

• Guide the strategic direction of the General Liability practice group

• Oversee case management, trial preparation, and litigation strategies

• Foster client relationships and actively pursue business development initiatives

• Collaborate with the firm’s leadership to expand the practice footprint

• Provide mentorship to developing attorneys within the group

• Engage with the firm's marketing and operational resources to promote visibility and growth

• Maintain high standards of client service and ethical legal practice

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Liability defense

• Established portable book of business

• Proven ability to generate and grow client relationships

• Demonstrated leadership in legal team settings

• Strong litigation and case strategy background

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana
