Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure.
• Admitted to the Texas bar or eligible for immediate admission.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
