Duties

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of Arizona.
• Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the litigation process from suit filing to judgment enforcement.
• Experience in creditors' rights law is a plus.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be located in Arizona and able to work in the office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
