Location:

Duties:

• Assist in handling a broad range of litigation matters under the guidance of senior attorneys

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Participate in case strategy meetings and trial preparation

• Provide direct support on active litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Represent clients in state and local courts

• Communicate with clients regarding case updates, timelines, and strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation tasks with minimal supervision

• Strong commitment to professional development and client service

• Must be currently licensed to practice law in Arizona

• Admission to the Navajo Bar is preferred but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Arizona State Bar (required)

• Admission to the Navajo Bar (preferred, not required)
