A law firm seeks a Review and Analytics Counsel to join their team in Chantilly, VA, or any U.S. location. This role involves supervising complex litigation projects and providing strategic guidance in eDiscovery and information governance. Duties

• Provide strategic guidance for the review process.
• Develop protocols and procedures for complex document reviews.
• Participate in discovery negotiations and data collection strategy development.
• Collaborate with attorneys and advisors throughout the EDRM lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including co-counsel and vendors.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing teams of review attorneys on complex matters.
• Expertise in the litigation lifecycle, including legal hold notifications and discovery disputes.
• Experience leading privilege reviews and managing privilege logs.
• Advanced proficiency in Relativity and other document review platforms.
• Familiarity with emerging GenAI review applications.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
