A law firm seeks a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney in Englewood, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation and a passion for justice. Duties

• Manage a full litigation caseload and deliver high-quality client service.
• Produce thoughtful and persuasive legal documents through excellent research and writing.
• Represent clients confidently in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case management strategies.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in commercial litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and the Federal Court for the District of Colorado.
• Strong courtroom and advocacy experience.
• First chair trial or arbitration experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.

Skills

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage complex legal issues.
