Duties

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts with precision and legal accuracy

  • Stay informed on updates to state and federal laws impacting personal injury litigation

  • Provide clients with clear, timely legal advice and updates on their case progress

  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely documentation of legal activities

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

  • Proficient in legal research tools and methodology

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage individual caseload while collaborating within a team
