Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, from pre-litigation to trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in trial proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Stay updated on Michigan personal injury laws and legal precedents

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Michigan (in good standing)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
