Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Energy and Infrastructure Associate for its Los Angeles, CA office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions.

Duties

• Assist in the structuring and financing of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on complex transactions.
• Provide legal advice on tax equity and M&A matters.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong understanding of project finance, tax equity, and M&A.
• Member of the State Bar of California, admitted in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
