Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil trials, with an emphasis on personal injury litigation

  • Prepare and manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial strategy

  • Collaborate closely with in-house private investigators and legal staff to develop cases for trial

  • Maintain client relationships by offering clear communication and strategic advice

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a trial attorney, prosecutor, or civil defense counsel

  • Strong interest and aptitude for jury trials

  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues independently

  • Familiarity with Texas court procedures and litigation timelines

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
