The role involves working with high-net-worth clients on estate planning, real estate, commercial transactions, and tax law. Duties

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of estate planning, corporate, partnership, real estate, or commercial transactions law

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the California State Bar with a valid license to practice law
