Requirements

• 2-7 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Strong technical background in engineering or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Registration to practice with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Ability to promptly become licensed in IA or MN.
