Duties

• Advocate for clients in state and federal court proceedings

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Maintain accurate case records and manage multiple cases effectively

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on first-party property damage insurance claims
• Strong understanding of civil procedure, evidence rules, and insurance law
• Ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a legal team

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
