Duties

• Advise on executive compensation matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle public company offerings and reporting obligations.
• Provide general advising and counseling on compensation issues.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in executive compensation matters.
• Conversant in Sections 409A, 280G, 83, and 421-424 of the U.S. tax code.
• Knowledge of securities laws governing employee incentives.
• Admission in the jurisdiction of application is required.

Education

• Superior academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Relevant certifications in tax and securities law preferred.

Skills

• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong background in tax and securities law.
