Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Austin, Texas. This position is ideal for experienced attorneys passionate about family law, offering a supportive environment to focus on client case management and strategy development.

Duties

  • Proactively manage family law cases from start to finish.
  • Deliver superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
  • Recommend improvements to practice managers.
  • Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years practicing family law in Texas; 5+ years preferred.
  • Active Texas Bar license for at least 2 years.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Interest in conducting hearings, mediations, and consultations.
  • Familiarity with Clio, TxDoc, or similar client billing and drafting software.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
