A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for its Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves managing a significant caseload and collaborating with a team of professionals to achieve optimal settlements for clients.

Duties

  • Manage a significant caseload and collaborate with case managers and assistants.
  • Work with sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens departments.
  • Communicate legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel.
  • Attend and conduct hearings regularly.
  • Develop skills in the personal injury pre-litigation process under experienced supervision.

Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Superior analytical and legal research skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
