  • Review and revise public-facing documents such as terms of services, privacy policies, and EULAs.
  • Assist emerging companies as they organize, finance operations, onboard talent, and commercialize their IP.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
  • 3-6 years of legal experience.
  • Relevant legal experience in intellectual property and contract law.
  • Familiarity with the video game industry (passion for video games is a plus).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • State Bar License in Washington.
