Duties

• Represent employees in wage and hour litigation across state and federal courts.

• Participate in all phases of class, collective, and representative actions.

• Draft motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.

• Negotiate in good faith with opposing counsel.

• Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to manage caseloads efficiently.

• Prepare for and participate in court appearances and hearings.

Requirements

• Experience litigating wage and hour class, collective, and PAGA actions.

• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with procedural rules in both state and federal court.

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in California (or eligibility for admission).
