Saint Petersburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a healthcare associate attorney with 4-7 years of significant and substantive experience in health law, corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. The candidate should preferably have a strong and demonstratable background involving one or more of the following: healthcare M&A, including private equity transactions with health systems; business entity legal matters; health law compliance matters, including federal and Florida fraud and abuse, anti-kickback, self-referral, and fee-splitting laws; professional regulation and discipline, AHCA, and state licensure laws; federal and state patient confidentiality laws, and cyber security issues; physician, medical practice, and midlevel professional representation (including start-ups and alternative practice models); behavioral health; DME; pharmacy; laboratory; managed care contracting (FFS, capitation, and value-based); and document drafting, review, and negotiation. Must be (or in the process of being) admitted to practice in Florida.
