Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing platforms like Lexis Nexis to prepare for cases.
• Draft and review various legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, striving for favorable outcomes.
• Provide legal counsel on all aspects of workers' compensation law.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff to create and implement case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active, valid license to practice law in CA.
