Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Dependency and Family Law Attorney in Everett, WA. Duties

  • Develop legal strategies based on client goals, case facts, and applicable law.
  • Meet or exceed essential performance metrics for the role.
  • Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Organize client meetings to discuss legal tactics and explore options.
  • Track time and value provided to clients for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience practicing as an attorney.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the WSBA.
  • Ability to attend court and meetings in Snohomish, King, and Pierce Counties.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership with the Washington State Bar Association.

  • Strong knowledge of laws and procedures for legal research and case strategy development.
  • Confidence and competence in courtroom representation.
