Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:

A distinguished law firm in Pueblo, CO, is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a demonstrated ability to manage high-value cases and provide strong advocacy for injured clients. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with accomplished trial lawyers and benefit from in-depth professional development, mentoring, and exposure to complex litigation matters in the personal injury space.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, from pre-suit negotiations to trial

  • Conduct in-depth case evaluations, discovery, depositions, and client interviews

  • Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements

  • Participate in mediation, arbitration, and courtroom proceedings

  • Collaborate with experienced litigators for case strategy and trial preparation

  • Guide and provide input to junior attorneys and legal support staff

  • Manage legal documentation and maintain case files with accuracy and timeliness

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Colorado State Bar

  • Litigation or personal injury law experience preferred

  • Demonstrated proficiency with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw

  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

  • Commitment to client service and ethical legal representation

  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Colorado Bar is required
