Duties:

• Draft and review privacy policies, data protection agreements, and other related documents

• Conduct legal research on data privacy and cybersecurity developments

• Support clients in regulatory investigations and audits

• Monitor and analyze emerging legislation and industry trends impacting data privacy

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data privacy and cybersecurity law

• Demonstrated ability to manage and advise on breach response matters

• Strong legal research and drafting skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capable of working independently and within a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• In-depth understanding of privacy regulations such as HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, and GLBA

• Ability to interpret complex legal frameworks and provide practical business-oriented advice
