• Provide counsel on equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and employment contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Superior verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Admission or eligibility for admission to the state bar where based.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
