Job Overview:
A boutique law firm in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its growing practice. This full-time role offers hands-on responsibility managing real estate transactions from start to finish, including client-facing responsibilities and regular coordination with title companies and lenders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Location:

  • Fort Worth, TX

Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate documents related to acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of commercial real estate

  • Analyze and resolve title and survey issues

  • Coordinate closings and maintain communication with clients, title companies, lenders, and other involved parties

  • Provide corporate support such as entity formation and preparation of operating agreements, partnership agreements, etc.

  • Review and abstract commercial leases

  • Maintain accurate time entries and comply with firm billing procedures

  • Organize and maintain electronic matter files in accordance with firm protocols

  • Assist with special projects and legal tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas

  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate law

  • Strong experience in title and survey review, closing documentation, and transactional coordination

  • Familiarity with commercial leasing and contract negotiation

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • High attention to detail and client service orientation

  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Skills:

  • Real estate transactional drafting and negotiation

  • Title and survey review
