Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in the state of Texas, in good standing.
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Significant experience in depositions and in-court advocacy.
  • Experience with evidentiary and legal arguments at trial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal issues with precision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with trial preparation and managing high-stakes litigation.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in the state of Texas, in good standing.
