Duties:

  • Independently handle a full docket of personal injury matters

  • Engage in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders

  • Draft legal document,s including complaints, motions, and legal briefs

  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation and contribute to case planning

  • Participate in firm-wide meetings and team-building initiatives

Requirements:

  • Must hold an active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision

  • Prior experience in personal injury law or related litigation areas preferred

  • Strong interpersonal abilities and client-facing communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational and case management skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution

Certifications:

  • Admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and in good standing

Skills:

  • Legal research and writing proficiency

  • Effective courtroom presence and litigation tactics

  • Negotiation and settlement strategy experience
